Well, its nice to see that the United States is not the only country wasting untold millions to fight somethign we could not impact if we wanted to!  The Japanese are going to waste $100 Million to combate Global Climate change.  Just think of the good that money could do if only it were spent on something that man could actually impact, like aids or cancer research, helping third-world countries develop!  Here is the complete story:
